How to handle stickers in GoodNotes
Check the safest sticker or image workflow for GoodNotes before moving sticker files into your planner setup.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in GoodNotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Choose your sticker method first
Before adding stickers to GoodNotes, check what type of sticker file you have.
- ZIP file: extract it first, then open the sticker folder.
- PNG stickers: import or copy one individual PNG sticker, then place it on your planner or notebook page.
- Sticker book or sticker sheet: open the sticker book or sheet first, then copy the sticker you want and paste it onto your planner page.
- GoodNotes Elements file: use it only when the product clearly includes a GoodNotes-ready file or collection.
Open the page where you want the sticker, add or paste one sticker, resize it a little at a time, move it into place, and keep favorite stickers somewhere easy to find again. If a sticker looks blurry, use the original PNG at a smaller size.

Install and use stickers in GoodNotes
- Extract the NozomuNoto sticker ZIP first so the PNG files, sticker sheets, sticker books, or GoodNotes-specific sticker files are visible.
- For one PNG sticker, open the planner page, tap the Image tool, then choose Files or Photos from the Images menu.
- For a sticker book or sticker sheet, open it first, copy the sticker you want, then paste it onto the planner page.
- For reusable stickers, tap the Elements tool and choose Stickers. Use this when the sticker is already saved in GoodNotes Elements or when the product includes a GoodNotes Elements collection.
- Resize from a corner, a little at a time, and keep the sticker close to its original size so it stays sharp.
GoodNotes sticker checks
1. Use the right sticker file type
Use PNG stickers when you want individual movable images. Use a GoodNotes Elements file or collection only when the product includes one. Use sticker books or sticker sheets when you prefer copying pieces from a full page.
2. Start with one small test
Place one sticker on a blank area, resize it, close the planner, reopen it, and check that it stayed clear. After that test works, add more stickers slowly.
3. Keep Elements simple
If you use Elements, make one small NozomuNoto collection first instead of importing everything on day one. A small collection is easier to browse while planning.
If stickers feel messy
Use fewer collections and name them clearly, such as NozomuNoto Icons, Yume Techo Widgets, or Monthly Stickers. If stickers import as a whole sheet, open the sheet, copy the piece you want, and paste that piece onto the planner page. For blurry or oversized stickers, open why stickers look blurry when enlarged.
