How to use the index page in CollaNote

Use the NozomuNoto index page as the main map inside CollaNote.

On this page
  1. Before you start
  2. Reference links
  3. Use the Index page in CollaNote on iPad
  4. Index vs CollaNote panels
  5. Good first return points
  6. If the Index feels overwhelming
  7. If something still feels off

Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in CollaNote. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

Before you start

  • Use the Index as the home base before jumping into monthly, weekly, template, or notes pages.
  • If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
  • After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.

Use the Index page in CollaNote on iPad

  6. Create bookmarks for pages you use every day, such as Index, current month, current week, or Today.

Index vs CollaNote panels

Use the NozomuNoto Index when you know the planner section you want. Use CollaNote panels when you want app tools such as page thumbnails, bookmarks, or visible document sections. Index is the product map. CollaNote panels are the app map.

Good first return points

  1. Index: the page everyone can return to when the planner feels big.
  2. Current month: dates, bills, launches, and deadlines.
  3. Current week: the current focus page.
  4. Today or Notes: one small place for action or overflow.

If the Index feels overwhelming

Do not tour every link. Pick one path for today: Index to Monthly, Monthly to the current week, and current week to today or Notes.
