How to download NozomuNoto files from Google Drive
Download large NozomuNoto files from Google Drive, save them to your device, and extract ZIP folders.
On this page
Some NozomuNoto products use a Google Drive link when the product package is large or when extra files need to stay organized in folders. Google Drive can preview a PDF, but previewing is not the same as saving the file. Download the file to your device first, then import the saved copy into your planner app.
If you came from Etsy, the Etsy download may be an instruction PDF that opens the Google Drive folder. That is normal. Use the instruction PDF as the map, then download the actual planner, notebook, sticker, cover, or tutorial file from Drive.
Quick path
- Open the official NozomuNoto Google Drive link. Use the link from your Etsy download file, NozomuNoto Library, Builder, product instructions, or order email.
- Choose the correct file or folder. Match the product name, orientation, color, week start, device, and file type.
- Use Download, not only preview. If the PDF opens in a viewer, use the download button or menu before importing.
- Save the file somewhere you can find again. On iPad, use Files. On Android, use Downloads, Files, My Files, or a NozomuNoto folder.
- Extract ZIP folders if needed. Google Drive may download a folder as a ZIP. Open the ZIP before choosing the final PDF, PNG, or app file.
Download on iPad or iPhone
- Open the Drive link in Safari or the Google Drive app. Safari is often easier when you want the file to land in Files.
- Open the file menu. If you see a preview, look for the download icon, the three dots menu, or Open in.
- Save to Files. Choose Save to Files, then pick a folder such as iCloud Drive > Downloads or a folder named NozomuNoto.
- If it downloaded as ZIP, tap the ZIP in Files. iPadOS creates an extracted folder beside it.
- Import the extracted PDF into your app. Use the PDF for planners/notebooks, PNGs for stickers/images, and app-specific GoodNotes files only in GoodNotes.
Download on Android tablet
- Open the Drive link in Chrome or the Google Drive app. Use the same Google account if Drive asks you to continue.
- Tap the file menu. Next to the file name, use the three dots menu, then choose Download.
- Find the file in Downloads. Open Files, Files by Google, or My Files, then check Downloads or Recent.
- Extract ZIP files before importing. If the device asks what to do with the ZIP, choose the extract/unzip option, then open the extracted folder.
- Import the correct PDF into the app. Use Penly, Samsung Notes, StarNote, Flexcil, Noteshelf, Xodo, Kilonotes, or the app you chose.
Download on computer
- Open the Drive link in your browser. Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox can work.
- Right-click the file or folder and choose Download. If you select a folder, Google Drive may prepare a ZIP.
- Wait until the download is complete. Large planner folders can take a little time.
- Extract ZIP files before moving them to your tablet. Then transfer the correct PDF or sticker folder to your device if needed.
If Google Drive will not download
- It only opens a preview: use the download button, three dots menu, or Open in / Save to Files. Do not import from the preview screen if the app cannot save properly.
- It asks to request access: go back to the official NozomuNoto instruction file, Library page, or order email and open the link from there again. If it still asks for access, send the product name and the exact place where the link came from.
- The folder is too large: download one file at a time instead of the whole folder.
- The download stops: check device storage, use a stable connection, and turn off VPN if it causes the browser to say the site is unavailable.
- The ZIP will not extract: delete the partial download and download again. A failed download can create a broken ZIP.
- You do not know which file to choose: match the product title first, then check landscape/portrait, color name, Monday/Sunday start, PDF/PNG/app-specific GoodNotes file, and tutorial or final planner file.
What to send if you need help
Send the product name, purchase platform, order number, the Google Drive link location, device, browser or Drive app, and the exact file name that will not download. If Drive shows a request-access page, preview screen, failed ZIP, or missing file, include a screenshot and hide any email or payment details that appear.
