Use page management tools in GoodNotes without breaking your planner setup.
This guide is for using NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in GoodNotes. App buttons can move after updates, so the official source links below are included for the current vendor help pages.

Manage planner pages
- Open Thumbnail View or the closest page thumbnail/page overview tool.
- Select the page you want to duplicate, copy, move, paste, or delete.
- Duplicate template pages instead of deleting original linked pages.
- Move copied pages into the section where you plan to use them.
- After moving pages, test the index and a few tabs. Some apps preserve links better than others.
Best practice
Work from a duplicate copy of your planner if you are making big page changes. Keep the original download unchanged.
