How to Bookmark NozomuNoto Planner Pages in CollaNote on iPad
Learn how to bookmark NozomuNoto planner or notebook pages in CollaNote and understand how bookmarks differ from built-in planner links.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in CollaNote. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Bookmarks vs planner links
NozomuNoto planner links are built into the PDF. They move you through tabs, dates, buttons, and Index links. CollaNote bookmarks are extra shortcuts you create yourself.
Use bookmarks for pages you visit often, like the current week, today page, project page, class notes, copied template, or important list.
Reference links
Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.
Bookmark pages in CollaNote on iPad
- Open the page you want to save, such as Index, current month, current week, Today, or a favorite template.
- Tap the left-side Bookmarks tool.
- Choose Bookmark or Quick Bookmark.
- If CollaNote asks for details, enter a clear title and choose a simple icon or color.
- Use the bookmark list to jump back to saved pages later.
Bookmark only useful shortcuts
Bookmarks help most when they stay short. Use them for pages that reduce daily friction, not every page that looks nice.
Good bookmark choices
- Current week: best for the current focus page.
- Today page: useful if the daily page is part of the routine.
- Project page: good for one active project you keep reopening.
- Class notes: useful for a repeated study or lesson page.
- Copied template: good when one duplicated template is active this week.
- Important list: good for a shopping, packing, password hint, or reference list you visit often.
If bookmarks become messy
Remove temporary bookmarks when the project, week, or routine is done. A small bookmark list should feel like a dashboard, not a second table of contents.
