Some NozomuNoto products include extra files beside the main planner, notebook, sticker, or cover file. These extras are helpful, but they are not all meant to be imported into your planner app. Some are references. Some are bonus files. Some are access files. Some are replacement files for an update.

Use this page when you see a folder with many files and you are not sure what each one is for.

Where to look

  1. Open the order download files. Small instruction or access PDFs may contain the full product folder link when the marketplace download is only a small access file.
  2. Check the extracted ZIP folder. Look for folders named Extras, Freebies, Bonus, Color Index, Covers, Stickers, Updates, Instructions, or Tutorial.
  3. Open the product instruction file if included. Use it to identify which file to import first and which files are optional extras.
  4. Check the original Google Drive folder if your product uses one. Download the files you need instead of working from the Drive preview screen.
  5. Keep the original purchase download page or receipt. It is the safest place to return if you need to download again later.

What each extra file is for

  • Freebies or bonus files: optional extras included with some products, such as sample pages, extra covers, stickers, widgets, or small add-ons.
  • Color index files: reference files that show color names, color groups, or variant names. Use them when choosing a matching cover, sticker set, planner color, or product variation.
  • Update notes: short notes that explain what changed. Read these before replacing an older planner or notebook file.
  • Update files: replacement or additional files provided when a product receives an update. Use the newest file only if it matches your product, orientation, color, week start, and version.
  • Instruction or access PDFs: small files that explain the download or contain links to the full product files.

How to use a color index file

  1. Open the color index before choosing a variant. Treat it like a reference sheet for product color names and matching sets.
  2. Compare the index to your product files. Match the color name or variant name before importing a cover, sticker, or planner file.
  3. Keep the index in the same folder as the product. This makes it easier to find the correct matching file later.
  4. Do not import every reference file into your planner. Import only the planner, notebook, stickers, covers, or extras you actually want to use.

When to import an extra file

  • Import it if it is a planner PDF, notebook PDF, sticker file, cover file, or optional page you want to use.
  • Keep it as reference if it is a color index, instruction PDF, tutorial guide, update note, or file list.
  • Download it again later if it is a large folder and you only need one product file today.

If an update or extra file is missing

  • If a Google Drive link asks for access, send the product name and where the link came from.
  • If the color index does not match the files in the folder, send the product name, file name, and a screenshot of the folder.
  • If an update link is mentioned but not included, send the order number and product name.
  • If the folder has many similar files, send the product name, device, app, and a screenshot of the folder so the correct file can be identified.
