NozomuNoto extras are bonus or reference files that may sit beside the main planner, notebook, sticker, cover, or instruction file. You only need the extra that fits what you want to use today.

Start with the instruction or access file when one is included. Then choose the main product file first, and add extras later.

What each extra is for

  1. Freebies: optional files you can download and use with a planner, notebook, sticker set, cover set, or app setup when the file type fits.
  2. Color index files: reference sheets for color names, color groups, variant names, or matching sets.
  3. Update extras: additional or replacement files added after a product update. Use them only when they match your product, orientation, color, week start, and version.
  4. Instruction or access PDFs: small files that explain where the main download is, which file to open first, or which folder link to use.
  5. Sticker, cover, or template extras: import these only when you want to use that specific sticker, cover, or page.

Open this first

  1. Open the instruction or access PDF first when the marketplace download is a small access file.
  2. Open the extracted ZIP folder before choosing files from a compressed download.
  3. Choose the main planner or notebook PDF first before adding color indexes, stickers, covers, templates, or update extras.
  4. Keep the original purchase download page, receipt, or Ko-fi link so you can return to the original download later.
  5. Download from Google Drive before importing instead of working from the preview screen.

How to use a color index file

  1. Open the color index before choosing a variant. Treat it like a reference sheet for product color names and matching sets.
  2. Compare the index to your product files. Match the color name or variant name before importing a cover, sticker, or planner file.
  3. Keep the index in the same folder as the product. This makes it easier to find the matching file later.
  4. Skip importing every reference file into your planner. Import only the planner, notebook, stickers, covers, or extras you actually want to use.

When to import an extra file

  • Import it when it is a planner PDF, notebook PDF, sticker file, cover file, or optional page you want to use now.
  • Keep it as reference when it is a color index, instruction PDF, tutorial guide, update note, or file list.
  • Leave it in the folder when it belongs to a different app, color, week start, language, orientation, or product version.

Can extras work with any planner?

Some extras are flexible, but many are made for a specific product, app workflow, size, or file type. Before importing, check the product name, file type, color, page size, orientation, and app instructions.

If a freebie comes from Ko-fi or another external link, treat it as a separate download unless the page clearly says it belongs to your purchased product.

Where to save extras

  • Keep the original files in your download folder, cloud folder, or product folder.
  • Copy only the extra you need into your planner app.
  • Keep color indexes and instruction files near the product folder so you can check them again.
  • Save update extras beside the older file until you confirm which one you want to use.

If an update or extra file is missing

  • If a Google Drive link asks for access, send the product name and where the link came from.
  • If the color index and folder files seem mismatched, send the product name, file name, and a screenshot of the folder.
  • If an update link is mentioned but missing from the folder, send the order number and product name.
  • If the folder has many similar files, send the product name, device, app, and a screenshot of the folder so the correct file can be identified.

Send your order number, product name, device, app, and a screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is visual.
