Use this page when a NozomuNoto planner, notebook, sticker file, cover, or template is already imported into StarNote but does not behave as expected.

Known problems to check first

  • Android file pickers can save files in different places. If the planner is missing, check Downloads, Google Drive, and the app document list.
  • PDF links need a clean import test. Test the index and tabs before writing across the full planner.
  • Sticker support can vary by version. Test one PNG sticker or sticker sheet before building a full spread.
  • The original download is still the safest backup. If anything looks wrong after editing, exporting, syncing, or moving pages, import a fresh copy of the original file.
  • App updates can move buttons and menus. Use the current official help page for exact button names, then apply the NozomuNoto workflow from this Help Center.

Before asking for help

  1. Test the original NozomuNoto download or a fresh imported copy.
  2. Write down your device name, operating system, app name, and app version.
  3. Check whether the same problem happens in another PDF viewer or on another device.
