How to Manage NozomuNoto Planner Pages in Xodo
Learn how to manage NozomuNoto pages in Xodo, including duplicating, moving, copying, deleting, and organizing pages safely.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Xodo. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before moving pages
Save a clean backup of your planner or notebook before changing page order, deleting pages, or experimenting with template pages in Xodo.
- Index pages: they are your main planner map.
- Template source pages: keep a clean reusable page.
- Main section pages: they may be linked from tabs, buttons, or Index areas.
- Tutorial pages: they explain how the planner works.
- Pages with important links: test navigation after changes.
- Filled pages: copy or export important writing before deleting anything.
Safer workflow: duplicate first, edit the duplicate, and keep the original file saved outside Xodo.

Manage planner pages in Xodo
- Save a clean backup of the original NozomuNoto PDF before changing pages in Xodo.
- Open the planner and tap the Pages grid icon in the top toolbar.
- Use the Pages grid to find the page you want to manage.
- Tap EDIT, then select one page thumbnail.
- Use the top toolbar for page actions such as rotate, duplicate/copy, delete, or the three-dot menu.
- From the three-dot menu, choose Duplicate when you need another copy of a template or planner page.
- After page edits, return to View mode and test the Index, tabs, and one date link again.
Xodo Android page-management checks
1. Duplicate first for templates
For template pages, duplicate the clean page first and write on the duplicate. Keep the original template page ready for reuse.
2. Treat core planner pages carefully
Move copied pages slowly. Keep Index pages, template source pages, main section pages, tutorial pages, pages with important links, and filled pages easy to find.
3. Test links after page changes
After duplicating, moving, copying, deleting, or exporting pages, return to Index and test one tab or section link before writing more.
If page actions get confusing
Open a clean copy of the original PDF, repeat only the page change you still need, and keep the working copy separate from your backup.
