How to set up your first NozomuNoto planner in Xodo
Set up your first NozomuNoto planner or notebook in Xodo from a clean backup copy.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Xodo. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Before you start
- Start with a small setup: Index, current month, current week, one notes page, and one template copy.
- If the file is a ZIP, extract it before importing the PDF, PNG sticker, cover, or other app-supported file.
- After the first step, test one Index link, one writing mark, and one page action before setting up the whole planner.
Reference links
Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor support, and manual references.
Set up your first NozomuNoto planner in Xodo
- Keep the original NozomuNoto download untouched outside Xodo.
- Open one working copy from Files > blue + > Open file.
- Switch to View and test one Index link, one month tab, and one weekly or daily link.
- Open the Pages grid and duplicate one clean template page as a test.
- Open the Bookmarks panel and save Index, current month, or current week.
- Switch to Insert and add one PNG image or sticker as a small test.
- Use the planner normally only after import, links, Pages, bookmarks, and one image all work.
Good first Xodo setup
Xodo works best when you treat it like a PDF planner workspace: View for links, Pages for page management, Bookmarks for quick return, and Insert for images.
