Notes

  • Good first Flexcil setup: Start with navigation, one bookmark set, one duplicated template, and one image test. This proves the planner works before you spend time decorating or rearranging pages.

    When Flexcil feels confusing

    1. Links and writing tools feel mixed up

What happens: you try to tap a tab, but Flexcil acts like you want to write.

What to do: use Gesture mode for links and Pen mode for writing. That one rhythm prevents most accidental taps.

    2. Page thumbnails become overwhelming

What happens: Page Navigation shows many pages and it is hard to choose where to go.

What to do: bookmark only Index, current month, current week, Notes, and one active template copy.

    3. Decorating starts too early

What happens: stickers and page changes happen before the basic planner flow is tested.

What to do: test import, Gesture mode, Page Navigation, one bookmark, one duplicate, and one image first.

  • If the full planner feels too big, use only Index, current month, current week, and one notes or template page for the first week.
