Our products are digital files. Check the product description, included layouts, file format, device, and app compatibility before purchasing. The product listing describes the license for that product; contact us before purchase if you need permission beyond that license.
Prices and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider you select. Your order confirmation records the purchase details.
For website purchases, use the download links in your order email or My Account → Downloads. Where your download includes Library access instructions, follow them to open Your NozomuNoto Library. For purchases through Etsy or Ko-fi, follow the instructions supplied with that purchase.
If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Include your order number, purchase email, and product name. Refunds are returned through the original purchase platform and payment method; processing time depends on the platform and payment provider.
