Before moving pages

Save a clean backup of your planner or notebook before changing page order, deleting pages, or experimenting with template pages.

  6. Filled pages you have already written on

Safe workflow: duplicate first, edit the duplicate, and keep the original file saved outside Kilonotes.

Copy and add pages in Kilonotes on iPad

  1. Open the imported planner and open the page thumbnail panel.

  2. Tap the small ... menu on the page thumbnail you want to manage.
  3. Choose Copy Page when you want to reuse a clean NozomuNoto template page.

  4. Choose Add Page when you want a new Kilonotes built-in paper page, then pick Replace, Before, After, or Last Page.

  5. Use copied pages mainly for NozomuNoto template pages. Avoid rearranging dated planner pages unless you have tested links afterward.
  6. After copying or adding pages, test Index, one monthly tab, and one weekly or daily link.

Safe page workflow

  1. Duplicate first. Copy the page you want to use, then edit the duplicate.
  2. Keep master pages in place. Leave Index pages, template source pages, main section pages, and tutorial pages easy to find.
  3. Move only the working copy. Put copied pages near the section where you plan to use them.
  4. Retest links. After moving pages, test the Index, one tab, and one page link.
  5. Save outside Kilonotes. Keep the original NozomuNoto file saved outside Kilonotes for a clean restart if experiments become confusing.
