Separate cover pages from library previews

NozomuNoto cover pages live inside the PDF. Your e-reader library preview may use the first PDF page, create its own thumbnail, or show a separate file preview.

  1. Keep one clean backup of the original NozomuNoto PDF.
  2. Open a copied planner PDF.
  3. Go to the included cover pages inside the planner, when your planner includes them.
  4. Review how the same file appears in your e-reader library or file list.
  5. Test your device or PDF app cover, first-page, page-order, or document-organizer tools on the copied file only.
  6. Return to the Index page.
  7. Test one planner link and write one small note when your device can write on PDFs.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.

Use NozomuNoto cover pages on another e-reader

  1. Keep one clean backup copy of the original NozomuNoto PDF outside the device.
  2. Open a copied planner PDF before testing cover or first-page changes.

Cover as first pageWhen a device cannot set a custom imported-PDF cover, prepare the first page before transfer.
  3. Go to the included cover pages inside the PDF, when your planner includes them.
  4. Compare the planner cover page inside the PDF with the e-reader library preview or file thumbnail.
  5. Review any device or PDF app tools for cover display, first page, page order, thumbnails, or document organizing.
  6. Test cover or page-order changes only in the copied file.
  7. Return to the Index page, test one planner link, and write one small note when your device can write on PDFs.

Other e-reader cover checks

  • PDF cover pages: NozomuNoto cover pages are pages inside the PDF.
  • Library preview: your e-reader may use the first PDF page, create its own thumbnail, or show another file preview.
  • Two different views: the planner cover page inside the PDF and the cover shown in the e-reader library can differ.
  • Clean copy: test cover changes on a copied planner file before editing the planner you use every day.
  • Planner basics: after any cover or first-page change, return to Index, test one link, and write one small note.

When cover changes are limited

  1. Keep using the planner when the PDF opens, links work, and writing saves, even if the library preview looks different.
  2. Prepare the preferred cover page or first page in another compatible PDF app or PDF organizer.
  3. Transfer the edited PDF back to the e-reader as a new working copy.
  4. Open the new copy, return to the Index page, test one planner link, and write one small note.
