Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Noteful. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.

When links stay on the page

When a tab, date, Index item, or button writes on the page, selects something, or stays on the same page, the planner file is usually okay. Noteful may still be in a writing or editing tool, or the PDF may only be open in a preview screen.

  1. Switch to the hand/navigation tool before testing planner links.
  2. Tap the link with your finger.
  3. Test one obvious link from the Index page.
  4. Make sure the planner PDF is imported into Noteful as a notebook, not only opened in a preview screen.
  5. When Apple Files opens the same link correctly, import a fresh clean copy into Noteful and test again before editing more pages.

Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.

  1. Open the imported NozomuNoto PDF notebook in Noteful.

  2. Choose the hand/navigation tool when you want planner links to move instead of writing.

  3. Go to the Index page first and tap one large Index link with your finger.

  4. Tap a side tab, month, week, date, or linked button after the Index test works.
  5. Switch back to pen, highlighter, text, image, or other writing tools when you want to write again.
  6. When a tap writes, selects, or stays on the page, return to the hand/navigation tool and test the same link again.
  7. Test the same PDF link in Apple Files to confirm the planner links are present, then import a fresh copy into Noteful when Apple Files works.

Before decorating the planner, test one side tab, one Index item, one month, and one dated page link. This tells you that Noteful is reading the PDF links correctly.

Why this usually happens

Link trouble usually comes from the active Noteful tool, the gesture, a preview screen, or a heavily edited working copy. The original NozomuNoto planner file is usually okay, especially when the same link opens correctly in Apple Files.

  1. Use hand/navigation. Leave writing, image, text, and selection tools before testing a planner link.
  2. Tap with your finger. Finger taps make link testing easier while stylus tools are nearby.
  3. Start from Index. Test one large Index link before checking smaller date links.
  4. Confirm import. Test the planner inside the imported Noteful notebook, not only from a preview screen.
  5. Use a clean copy. When Apple Files opens the same link correctly, import a fresh PDF copy into Noteful and test before page edits.
