Manage pages in Noteful
- Open the notebook or planner.
- Tap Grid view to view all pages in gallery view.

- Tap Select when you need to choose multiple pages for export or other page actions.
- Tap and hold a page preview, then drag it only when you truly need to reorder pages.
- After rearranging linked planner pages, test the index and main tabs before writing more.

- Safer page management1. Copy before experimentingIf you are testing a new layout, duplicate the notebook or use a fresh import first. This keeps the original planner structure available.2. Be careful with linked dated pagesMoving monthly, weekly, daily, Index, or tabbed pages can make your mental map confusing even when the PDF links still point to the original destinations.3. Use Grid view for page workGrid view is the place for seeing many pages at once, inserting pages, exporting pages, and managing a group of pages.If a page move makes the planner confusing: Stop editing that copy. Re-import the original PDF, test the main links, then move only the notes or copied pages you still need.
- If a page change makes navigation confusing, go back to a clean working copy before adding more notes.
