How to Use the NozomuNoto Index Page in Kilonotes on iPad
Learn how to use NozomuNoto index pages in Kilonotes on iPad as your planner map, including how to test links and return when you feel lost.
On this page
Use these steps to work with NozomuNoto PDF planners, notebooks, stickers, covers, and template pages in Kilonotes. The official links below are for downloads, updates, and current help pages.
Use the index as your home base
The Index page is the NozomuNoto planner map inside the PDF. It is not a Kilonotes-only feature. Use it when you want to jump to an important planner section without scrolling through many pages.
- Open your NozomuNoto planner or notebook in Kilonotes.
- Go to the Index page.
- Switch to the hand / navigation tool so planner links move instead of turning into writing or selection.
- Tap one section name, month, template area, notes area, or button.
- Check that Kilonotes moves to the right page.
- Return to the Index page whenever you feel lost.
Reference links
Use these for current app or device help, downloads, updates, vendor help, and manual references.
Use the Index page in Kilonotes on iPad
- Open the imported planner and switch to the hand / navigation tool.
- Go to the NozomuNoto Index page or tap the printed Index tab inside the planner.
- Tap the linked section, month, template group, or planner area you want to open.
- Check that Kilonotes moves to the right page.
- Open the Kilonotes page / navigation panel when you want page thumbnails or outline entries.
- Create a custom outline bookmark for Index, current month, or current week if you return to those pages every day.
Index vs Kilonotes navigation panel
Use the NozomuNoto Index when you already know the planner section you want. Use the Kilonotes navigation panel when you want thumbnails, outline entries, or page tools. They work best together: Index is the planner map, and the navigation panel is the app map.
First Index test
- Start at Index. Use one clear section name or button.
- Check the jump. Confirm the planner lands on the page you expected.
- Return to Index. Go back before testing a second link so you learn the map slowly.
- Add app bookmarks later. Add custom outline entries only for pages you return to often, such as Index, current month, current week, or Notes.
If the Index feels too big
Choose only one path for today. For example: Index to Monthly, Monthly to this week, and this week to today or Notes. The rest of the planner can stay quiet until it is actually needed.
