Notes

  • Import check: For NozomuNoto planners and notebooks, import the extracted PDF. Use PNG files later for stickers, covers, and image extras. The first import should be one clean working copy, not several test copies that all look the same.

    If import gets confusing

    1. The ZIP is still unopened

What happens: CollaNote cannot show the planner pages, or the file picker does not show the full PDF.

What to do: open the download in Files first, extract it, then import the PDF file only.

    2. The planner opens in the wrong place

What happens: the file opens as a preview or is hard to find later.

What to do: return to the CollaNote library and use the CollaNote import flow again, or share the extracted PDF from Files into CollaNote.

    3. Too many imported copies look the same

What happens: the library has duplicate planner thumbnails and you are not sure which one to use.

What to do: keep one working copy, keep the original PDF outside CollaNote, and remove test copies only after the working copy opens correctly.

  • If the planner imports more than once or the wrong file opens, keep the newest clean copy and remove test copies only after the working copy opens correctly.
