Use this page when a NozomuNoto planner, notebook, sticker file, cover, or template is already imported into StarNote but does not behave as expected.
Known problems to check first
- Android file pickers can save files in different places. If the planner is missing, check Downloads, Google Drive, and the app document list.
- PDF links need a clean import test. Test the index and tabs before writing across the full planner.
- Sticker support can vary by version. Test one PNG sticker or sticker sheet before building a full spread.
- The original download is still the safest backup. If anything looks wrong after editing, exporting, syncing, or moving pages, import a fresh copy of the original file.
- App updates can move buttons and menus. Use the current official help page for exact button names, then apply the NozomuNoto workflow from this Help Center.
Before asking for help
- Test the original NozomuNoto download or a fresh imported copy.
- Write down your device name, operating system, app name, and app version.
- Check whether the same problem happens in another PDF viewer or on another device.
