Use this page when a NozomuNoto planner, notebook, sticker file, cover, or template is already imported into Supernote but does not behave as expected.

Known problems to check first

  • Documents and templates behave differently. Use PDF planners as documents unless you are intentionally creating Supernote templates. Put the NozomuNoto PDF in the Document workflow when contents, bookmarks, annotations, and document navigation matter.
  • Use Supernote document tools for PDF planners. Keep the planner as a document for PDF review and keep the original PDF as a backup. Use Contents, Bookmarks, and Annotations for returning to planner sections.
  • Page actions live in the note-page workflow. For note pages, Supernote includes actions such as Add, Insert Before, Insert After, Copy Current Page, Paste Page, Overview, long-press copy, and delete. Test those tools on a simple note before expecting every PDF planner action to behave the same way.
  • Start with writing and document navigation. Use simple writing, Contents, Bookmarks, Annotations, and export first. Add image or template workflows only after the PDF document setup works.
  • The original download is still the safest backup. If anything looks wrong after editing, exporting, syncing, or moving pages, import a fresh copy of the original file.
  • Reference links keep device details current. Open the reference link or your device maker help page for button locations, then continue with the NozomuNoto workflow from this Help Center.
