Before changing your cover
Save a clean backup of your planner or notebook first. Then check what type of cover file you have and choose the Flexcil Android method that matches it.
- PDF cover: use this when you want to insert or replace a full page.
- PNG or JPG cover: use this when you want to place the cover as an image.
- Flexcil-specific cover file: use this only when the product clearly says it is made for Flexcil.
- Page position: decide whether you want to replace the first page or add a new cover page.
- After changing: reopen the planner, check the thumbnail or first page, and test one Index link.
Keep your original planner file saved outside Flexcil so you can start again with a clean copy.

Change a planner cover in Flexcil on Android
- Open the planner in Flexcil on Android.
- Check the cover file first: PDF for a full page, or PNG/JPG for an image cover.
- Open Page Navigation and find the cover page thumbnail.
- If your Flexcil version lets you reorder pages, move the cover page to the first position.
- If reorder is not available in your version, keep the original cover order and use bookmarks or the NozomuNoto index for quick access instead.

1. Choose the right cover file
Use a PDF cover when the cover should act like a full planner page. Use a PNG or JPG cover when you want to place cover artwork as an image.
2. Save a clean backup first
Keep the original NozomuNoto planner or notebook file outside Flexcil. If a cover change affects the wrong page, start again from the clean file.
3. Avoid replacing the wrong page
If the first page is linked, dated, or already filled, add a copied cover page first and keep the original page order easy to recognize.
