If your NozomuNoto files look missing, they are usually in one of these places.

Step-by-step search path

  1. Check the purchase place. Etsy orders stay in Etsy Purchases and Reviews. Website orders use the NozomuNoto website receipt, account, Library, or Builder link.
  2. Use the same account or email used at checkout. A different Etsy account, Apple/private-relay email, or old email address can hide the order.
  3. Search email with several words. Search NozomuNoto, Etsy, digital download, receipt, the product name, and your order number.
  4. Check the downloaded file type. The first file may be a download instruction PDF, ZIP, PNG set, app-specific GoodNotes file, or final planner PDF.
  5. Check device storage. On iPad, look in Files Downloads. On Android, look in Files, My Files, Downloads, or Recent files.

If you bought on Etsy

  1. Open Etsy in a browser. Use Safari, Chrome, or a computer browser. The Etsy app can show orders, but digital download files need Etsy on the web.
  2. Go to Purchases and Reviews. Sign in to the Etsy account used for the purchase, then open the NozomuNoto order.
  3. Tap or click Download Files. Etsy opens the download page for that order. If the button is gray, payment may still be processing.
  4. If you bought as a guest, open the receipt email from Etsy. Guest checkout files are usually reached from the email receipt link.
  5. If the file is small, open it before assuming it is wrong. Many NozomuNoto Etsy downloads are instruction PDFs that lead to the full files in Library, Builder, or Google Drive.

If you bought on nozomunoto.com

  1. Open the order email or website account. Use the email address used at checkout.
  2. Open NozomuNoto Library if the product uses Library access. Enter your Etsy order number or synced email if the Library asks for verification.
  3. Open the Builder link if the product is generated. Wait for Your file is ready!, then tap Download file.
  4. Check whether you downloaded the final PDF or only an instruction file. The instruction file is a map; the final PDF is the planner, notebook, cover, or sticker file you import.

If the file is on your device but hidden

  • iPad or iPhone: open Files > Browse > iCloud Drive > Downloads. Also tap the Safari download icon near the address bar if you just downloaded it.
  • Android tablet: open Files, Files by Google, or My Files. Check Downloads, Recent, and search for NozomuNoto, Yume, Shibui, Noto, PDF, or ZIP.
  • Computer: check the browser Downloads list and the system Downloads folder. Sort by date if you downloaded several files.
  • Inside a note app: if you imported the planner already, it may be inside GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Penly, Samsung Notes, or another app library instead of the Files app.

If the file is a ZIP or folder

ZIP files need to be extracted before you can choose the correct file. On iPad, tap the ZIP in Files to create an extracted folder. On Android, use the Files or My Files extract option if your device asks. After extracting, look for the final PDF, PNG stickers, app-specific GoodNotes file, cover image, or instruction PDF.

If Google Drive only shows a preview

A Google Drive preview is not the same as saving the file to your device. Use the download option first, then import the saved PDF into your app. If there are several files in the Drive folder, download the one that matches your device, product, week start, color, and orientation.

What to send if it is still missing

Send your order number, purchase platform, purchase email, product name, device, browser, and the last place you checked. A screenshot of the order page, Library page, Builder page, Google Drive preview, or Downloads folder helps a lot. Please hide payment details and any unrelated private information in the screenshot.
